Bob has over 3 decades experience as an athlete, coach, and trainer. He is returning to coaching after a stint in athletic administration and social work. His approach to fitness and sports performance starts with building foundational strength, increasing mobility, and ensuring proper recovery. Bob can help athletes of all ages and abilities develop year-round training programs to improve their performance. He has nearly 10 years experience coaching middle school and high school basketball and high school track and field. Bob is also a nutrition coach and can help you with body recomposition or incorporating performance-focused nutrition in your training program.

Bob is a competitive basketball player and has participated in Maine Senior Games Track & Field events. He is passionate about aging strong, staying active, and helping others do the same.
